Yard of the Month Award
Each month, the Board of Directors of the Highland Falls HOA will select one recipient for the Yard of the Month award, who will receive a $50 gift card.
The recipient of this monthly award will also be given the opportunity to display the "Highland Falls - Yard of the Month" yard sign on their property.
Seasonal Yard Decoration Contests
Two seasonal yard decoration prizes will be awarded by the Board of Directors to the best Halloween and Christmas/Holiday yard displays. Each of the winners will receive a $100 gift card.
